我猜大家應該很不想見到這個菜單吧                                                                               
不過還是認命吧大家XDD
菜單分三種:part1 part2 part3                                                                               
整體練球目標就是練判斷力、反應、肌力、靈活度、防守&攻擊還有默契
                                                                               
                                                                               
                                                                               
重點請先看這邊:                                                                              
請身上有傷的小朋友們量力而為,所有的人真的不行就不要勉強自己                                                                               
不要練球練到受傷、到時候是在場下看比賽= =+                                                                               
老規矩,在場上跪球撲球的就不要上場Orz...


可以不贏球沒關係                                                                               
但是要打的健康打的開心                                                                               
在安全範圍內盡最大的努力,就是很認真負責的表現!
                                                                               
                                                                               
雖然大家有一陣子沒練習了但想必還記得流程or打球該注意的事情吧?                                                                               
那就請接著看菜單囉^^
                                                                               
                                                                               
寒訓時間:早上7:30集合、下午2:30集合 Don't be late!!                                                                               
遲到的孩子們樂捐一下隊費好哩XD
                                                                               
                                                                               
[Part1:1/12~15]
                                                                               
早上:
 跑六圈→馬克操→體訓→對牆(上手300 低手500 扣球50 移動3趟)
→每個人兩籃球車(就是隨便丟那項)→發球20顆→我來100(自行分組)→收操
                                                                               
                                                                               
下午:                                                                               
跑六圈→馬克操→對打(分舉球/攻擊手)→練功擊(每個人10球左右)→長球小球                                                                               
→飄+扣+touch out→兩人一組練接發10球→鬥牛搶七
                                                                               
※跳繩200下(有跳繩嘛???) 仰臥起坐30下                                                                               
※每天增加一圈、每一項對牆增加100下/10下(ex第二天上手400扣球60仰臥起坐40)                                                                               
※鬥牛分組:1.小小man,瑋巧,小隻     2.啾啾,阿泉,小姿慧
                                                                                
                       3.圓圓,Momo,鴨子        4.小雞,柚子,奇恩
                                                                               
賽程:1vs3,2vs4,1vs4,3vs2,1vs2,3vs4,範圍在三米線左右,搶七分
                                                                               
每天請紀錄戰況,當日累積勝場最多的組別隔天教練請喝飲料唷~(這句是重點!!!)
如果有兩組平手,則那兩組PK~                                                                               
若隊友有缺 可以請別組的友情替補或是一人當三人用XD

[Part2:1/16~19]
                                                                               
早上:                                                                               
跑10圈→馬克操→體訓→對牆→低手去上手回x3趟→底線自己丟球打過場x10                                                                               
→每個人兩籃球車(就是隨便丟那項)→發球20顆→我來100(自行分組)→收操
                                                                               
                                                                               
下午:                                                                               
跑10圈→馬克操→對打(分舉球/攻擊手)→練功擊(每個人10球左右)→長球小球
→飄+扣+touch out→兩人一組練接發10球→教練好累→摸左摸右x3→撲球→隊形→收!
